- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and upfront. Mobile notary services start at $75, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) starts at $35. Additional fees may apply for extra signatures, travel beyond 10 miles, or after-hours requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of document, the signer’s ID, and whether witnesses are needed. Then we schedule the appointment—either in person or online. At the time of signing, I guide the client through the process to ensure everything is clear, legal, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a commissioned Notary Public in Florida, certified by the National Notary Association (NNA), with a $1 million E&O insurance policy and bonded as required by law. I’m also fully bilingual (English & Spanish) to better serve diverse clients.
