- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pay1's pricing is a flat-fee structure per month. Depending on the needs of the client, Pay1 can assess what services are required and/or suggested. Our online model- which is a Self-Directed level of service, starts at $44.95 for the entire month. What you need to know: * No additional fees for Federal, State, or Local taxes & filings * No additional fees for Quarterly Reports or payments * Price includes free Direct Deposit, live checks, or debit card offerings Pricing Calculations: Each level of service has a base fee that includes up to 5 employees. Each additional employee (6+) is charged at the rate of $1.00 per month.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are two reasons businesses look to switch payroll companies: service and price. Often, one is sacrified for the other. A common complaint is someone feeling they are overpaying for the service they are getting, and are often faced with several hidden charges.
