Training with Christina has been exceptional. She is very responsive and is always punctual for our sessions. She is very reliable; she hasn't cancelled or rescheduled any of our sessions since I started training with her in January. In addition to our great strength training sessions, she schedules guided workouts to complete on my own and provides a nutrition plan. She happily provides guidance, recommendations, and web links to any fitness- or nutrition-related questions. I highly recommend Christina/BarbellaFit for your personal training needs.
