Working with Dienifer is the highlight of my week! She challenges me every single time, while honoring where I am in my health journey and ensuring safety so that I can continue making progress long term, and also making it fun! It's amazing how quickly she gets to know your body and how you're doing during each exercise, and tailors each workout to your needs. She also provides nutritional guidance and her gentle check-ins are much appreciated and help keep me on track. She is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about you as a person. She is amazing! We feel lucky to have found her. She is currently working with my mom who has had surgeries and needs extra care. Dienifer is patient and professional, and very knowledgeable. We have seen an improvement in my Moms balance and strength. Her confidence in herself has grown through Dienifer’s training. Can’t recommend her enough!

She’s great!!! She helped me a lot in my weightloss journey. She helped me gain my confident back and to love exercising...weightlifting. Also she helped me with understanding the importance of nutrition and coach me for a healthy life style. She’s awesome! She pushed me to be mu best!!!
