Dienifer is an dedicated professional trainer that genuinely cares for the needs of her clients. I have been working with her for roughly six months and I honestly couldn't be happier with her. She tailors the whole process to you and makes working out fun!
For background, I lost 150 lbs over the past three years; and she has been an immense help for me to deal with the extra skin and toning my body. I'm thrilled to have such an warm attentive and effective trainer to work with in my fitness transformation.
She's probably one of the best hidden gems in Miami...You should hire her to help you out, it'll be your loss if you don't.
