Vlad is an amazing trainer at Boxing and Muay Thai. He is professional, on time, motivated, and introduces new concepts every session. It’s a great cardio and tactical training session.

Had my first training session with Vlad and as a beginner I was super nervous, but he made me feel completely at ease. He was patient, professional, and made it super fun. I’m excited to keep going!

Mr. Vlad Koshel is my son’s Coach and trainer in Muai Thai & Kickboxing. Since my son is a competitive teenage fighter, and has been training for quite a few years. In the last 6 months when we began training with Coach Vlad, we have noticed significant improvements in skills, technique, coordination, and physical endurance. I am very happy with the results!
