I highly recommend Dr. Yanes. My children had the privilege and honor to have Dr. Yanes as piano teacher for almost 10 years until they left for college. He is a very talented and professional musician and teacher. We were very impressed by his natural way of interacting with the kids, he is very encouraging and patient.
They respect him and love him very much. He became part of our family. We do have beautiful memories of those years.

Dr. Yales is a first rate instructor who is very meticulous in his teaching style. He never fails to point out places for improvement, and has a clear and straightforward method of demonstrating a given technique, skill, or concept. After having taken lessons with many instructors, he's the best of them all and I would undoubtably recommend him to anyone who wants to obtain the most out of his/her lessons. Dr. Yales is an outstanding pianist himself; it's very evident that he's had years and years of formal training and definitely knows his occupation from A to Z. After every lesson I always feel like I've learned a lot, and am really appreciative and grateful to have met a piano teacher who loves what he does, and possesses the knowledge of all facets there are to learn including music theory, technical dexterity, musicality and emotion, and sight reading. He's a one-stop shop for everything piano-related and is the only piano teacher you'll ever need and want! :)
