I do want to clarify that the contract outlined the shoot time, length of the booking, and the studio address. Arriving 50 minutes late significantly reduced the time available for your session and impacted the following bookings, since your reservation was for one hour. Additionally, the photographer had to leave for another scheduled shoot, which further constrained their available time. I’m glad we were able to issue a refund and that you were able to work with another photographer who had availability. That said, it’s important to plan accordingly for future projects, as arriving late or changing timelines can affect other clients and scheduled sessions.
