- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is individually quoted based on customer's goals, needs, and project scopes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hop on a 20 minute discovery call, determine if we're a good fit, than proceed with a Proposal including scope and price. Once agreed, client receives contract to sign, deposit link, and welcome onboarding presentation with project dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience in experiential marketing in tour management, logistics, brand ambassador, and product specialist with brands like Coke, McDonalds, Mountain Dew, and more. 10+ years of commercial photographer as an interior, architectural and hotel photographer. 5+ years of a creative and art director with 15 years as a photo retoucher. 10 years building self websites and 1 year for client websites. Lastly, I have as associates of graphic arts degree from 2008.
