FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fare with my pricing structure. Please Understand that it is not about arriving at your property and taking a picture. The magic occurs in post production which takes time. Homes requires different lighting per room and retouching a single image can take time. I normally price about $850.00 for a one bedroom condo and pricing goes higher per rooms and grounds of the home if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them the details of the property. Deliver a fare proposal. If the client wants to move forward I ask for a 50% deposit up front. The remaining 50% deposit is paid when the images are ready for final delivery. The client has 2 rounds of changes that are free if they would like something changed (lighter or darker on the image).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The Fashion Institue of Technology in New York City with a degree in commercial photography. I worked for top fashion photographers in New York City that worked with Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and many Fashion Brands. I went on to have my own photo studio in New York and worked with many Celebrity, Fashion Brands and Record Labels. I started shooting Interiors for Architects and Real Estate agents over 10 years ago which is mostly what I photograph at present.
