I live in south florida and understand first hand how companies claim to provide exceptional services yet render less than stellar results. I’ve had companies say things like “tranquilo we got this” or “don’t worry we’ll take of this papo.” Only to be disappointed and hung out to dry financially. Sad fact of life when you live in Miami.
