Where to even begin? I felt like my rights were being ignored and I’d tried without success to work with a company I was contracted with.
I reached out to Karina and explained my stance, what I’d tried, and where I felt the issue was.
From the start, she was on it! We went over a plan to approach the issue with a demand letter, she explained the relevant case law and precedent, and we even spoke high-level about what might happen if the demand was denied.
The demand was amazingly thorough. The follow up secondary demand (after the other party tried some tricks) put them squarely in place, and we succeeded… all without involving the courts.
100% recommend without any hesitations. I know who I’m calling if I ever need help again!
