Mirtha and her staff at Valezar and Associates were a great find for our small business. As a family owned and operated business, finding an accountant we can trust to give us the best accounting advice for both the short and long run is critical. After several months working very closely with Mirtha and her team at Valezar on an audit, we felt it beneficial for our company to switch our other accounting services, i.e. bookkeeping and payroll operations to Valezar as well. We go through an interview and on boarding process to get to know the client well. This process allows us to come up with the best tax plan or bookkeeping process for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly doing continued education courses, this is really a requirement in this industry to be able to keep up with the changes in tax laws. On top of that Mirtha has bachelors in accounting a master degree in Taxation.
