- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for new referrals. Clients get a $10 Amazon gift card for each new referral who purchases a tutoring package or test prep package. General Pricing Information: Pricing varies between $39-$80 per hour of online tutoring. Pricing varies between $60-$200 per hour of private online classes. Pricing varies between $100-$300 per hour of online consulting services. *We also offer 30-minute and 45-minute options. Test Prep - $1,500 package & $4,200 package Self-paced courses are priced by the individual tutor who created them, so there is no consistent price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not rest until I see results! I make sure to keep consistent and accurate data for each student so that I can individualize sessions to each student's learning needs. If you're not satisfied with your child's progress or if I feel unsatisfied with your child's progress, then I adjust my instruction accordingly and compensate you for the inconvenience. I think it's important for both teachers and students to take accountability for learning in the classroom. I have never had an unsatisfied customer in the 9 years that I have been tutoring. Unfortunately, I have signed non-compete contracts with several tutoring companies that prevent me from requesting reviews from many former students. However, I can refer you to several platforms where current clients have left 5-star reviews of my services. This is my personal process. Each tutor is unique.

While attending Vanderbilt University, I majored in special education. Specifically, I focused on the K-8 high incidence interventionist track. Each semester, I would work with students in schools across Tennessee as part of my course requirements. After graduation, I accepted a job as a special education teacher for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS). After working for MNPS, I began working for Rutherford County Public Schools. I worked as a special education teacher in a structured setting. My class was made up of students in each of the elementary grade levels. At the end of the 2019-2020 school year, I resigned to start my own tutoring company called AG Tutoring LLC.
