FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get asked on a regular basis what do you charge? For my type of industry there is no set charge as I find every client needs something different. Some clients may just need a website, but not SEO. Some clients might want social media marketing and only need their website tweaked not rebuilt completely. Every single quote I do is individualize the client's needs. What I can tell you is that my rates are very reasonable, every client gets payment plans if they want them. I'm not so interested in getting my money right away as in help my clients succeed. I know for a fact that if I can make my client successful they will stay with me for years. I have clients will be with me four and five years are already.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the Client for design idea discussions (preferences), etc. 2. Work with the client for content gathering. (Provide imagery or work with our team to choose some, etc.) 3. Talk to the Client about the business for content gathering (text and whatever content we need to build the website.) 4. We provide Mock-ups of the layout to look over and approve. 5. We build the website. 6. We provide tutorials on how to use your new website to add content, pages, etc. The first thing that I think any type of service business needs to do is figure out what the client needs from the client's mouth. It's really important for me to have a conversation with my client to figure out what exactly they are looking for. From that I can give them a better quote as well as give them better information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What don't I have? LOL I may education and training junkie, as far as website design and Internet marketing SEO, lead generation, I'm always taking courses, in 2016 our company spent $10,000 + on new training courses and making sure that the people that we higher to bring information from all over the world on what's happening in the SEO, social media marketing, lead generation world, is cutting edge. As well as I personally believe that the owner of the company should be taking personal improvement and personal development courses on a regular basis to make them a better person. As a graduate of the landmark worldwide, curriculum for living, I can definitely say that any business owner out there who doesn't reinvest in themselves can't bring the full potential of what they need to to their company or their clients.
