Once we schedule the appointment, I will confirm the details and provide any instructions needed beforehand (such as bringing a valid ID and ensuring documents are ready but not signed until the appointment). For mobile notary services, I travel to the agreed location and complete the notarization quickly and professionally. For wedding ceremonies, I take a few moments beforehand to go over the ceremony flow so everything feels comfortable and smooth. My focus is always on being punctual, professional, and making the experience easy and positive for every client.
