Introduction: I am a personal trainer located in Middleburg Florida. I provide crossfit training, Olympic weightlifting, personal training and boot camp, all with a personal touch. I care about each of my clients and will do whatever it takes to help them succeed. I take my training and coaching very seriously and expect my clients to take their training seriously, as well.
