They did not cut the lawn down. It looks exactly how it did when they came yesterday to cut it. When I showed them and asked how they wanted to resolve it, they came back arguing and claiming I told them to cut it at 3" 1/4 when that's not what I asked for. They did not ha e professional proper tools for a lawncare company and my lawn looks like a 12 yr old did it. I now have to pay someone to come do the lawn and lost my money with this unprofessional and unskilled company. If you notice the property line between mine and my neighbors still looks almost the same and it looked that same way yesterday before they supposedly did the work. Mediocre service.

I thank you for your feedback. As I stated in the text messages we did in fact cut the yard based on what we spoke about prior to even turning on any equipment. You agreed to the 3 1/4 cut in the front yard because you DID NOT want your front yard scalped/burnt. The back we told you we could cut at 2 and you agreed to that as well. You also informed us the grass closes to the road was maintained by the county and not to touch it. The equipment we used for your yard is the same equipment we use for every yard unless something else is discussed prior. All of our regular weekly and bi-weekly clients want their lawns cut between 2-4 inch. None of our other clients ask to have their yard cut below that and it is an unusual request to ask for. I did apologize when you first reached out and let you know at the next cut we could bring the other mower to cut the yard down below 2inch that you requested. During this initial cut we also weed eated the entire property including your front tree and flower beds, edged, removed weeds from the drive way and blew off all debris from the drive way and side walks. I’m sorry our services did not work out for you and wish you the best of luck with your new lawn company.
