- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have Flat Rate pricing for repairs and installs, anything that requires more work than basic services and installs I do custom pricing. You will great premium service at a affordable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat my customers like my new friends, I love meeting new people. Always looking ways to help you improve your energy savings and comfort for your new home for people looking for new installs. I am a NO pressure AC company meaning I will not come to your home and try to make you buy a new system that you don't want or need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year apprenticeship School through the Local 803 in Orlando, graduated 2nd in my class. I attend at least 5-10 training courses a year on all aspects of AC and heating. I want to be able to provided the most up to date products and services to my customers.
