Introduction: Making positive, long lasting changes in your personal life or relationships can seem overwhelming! I’m a Certified Life Coach with over 30 years of Pastoral, Life and Marriage Coaching and I want to help you succeed! My specialty is helping you build confidence in areas of personal growth, even those areas that you may feel like you failed in before. I love helping people build positive habits, create personal dreams that come to life, and navigate any personal, professional or marriage situations that hold you back. And I love to add humor and have fun while we work together! I have methods, insights and tools to help you reach the goals you have dreamed of and knock down walls of fear, doubt, and even feelings of hopeless. And one of the best ways I have to help an individual or couple is, once we begin meeting, to start seeing progress quickly! As an author and sought after speaker, I have spoken at national and international conferences helping parents, as well as those having children with special needs, devise strategies for success. I am especially passionate about supporting these parents and other family caregivers in developing their own important and nurturing self care.

Nancy Jensen is better than I possibly could have imagined that any life coach could be! She understands me better than anyone has ever understood my throughout my life. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute phone conversation so we can meet and so you can ask any questions you have about me or the coaching process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Psychology from Harding University and have done extensive graduate courses in Social Work at the University of Denver. I have been certified by a top coaching program, Life Purpose Institute and have years of extensive training in Christian Pastoral counseling serving all ages of people. I am also highly trained in serving families with special needs/medically fragile children as well as those of all ages who serve as caretakers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always knew in my heart that I wanted to help people.
