- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge on a square foot basis and the price is determined by many different factors. Some of these factors include the size of the job, the type of tile, the layout and many others. When we meet with you we will cover all of these details and provide you with the price per square foot. In some cases prices are not given per square foot but all of the factors determining price will be discussed with you and any questions you may have we will answer with pleasure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would speak with you on the phone and determine what your needs/desires are in regard to the job. What tile are you looking to install? How big is the area? If you have any doubts or questions (different kinds of tile, layouts, etc) we will answer your questions with pleasure. The next step would be meeting with you at the job site and going over the details of the job in person.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all different types of customers. We believe we are the company for you regardless of whether you're looking to get work done at a residence, business, commercial location, etc.
