My friend told me about SimplePlan, because they knew I wanted something new for my home, and I didnt know where to start. The interior design team was amazing. They sent a nice lady to come to my home, and she took all the measurements, pictures, and we sat and completed a survey about my needs and vision. She also reviewed the next steps and process. Then the designer took her time online to show several options, and we got a 3D computer graphic to show us what we wanted and how it will look once its complete. That was pretty sweet !A beautiful, and affordable way to be able to turn your home into a new fresh style. I will have to say SimplePlan made my home feel like a dream home and saved me so much money And Im so happy with my choices ! Thanks SimplePlan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer interior and landscape design for residential clients. We charge a flat rate design fee not hourly. Our design fees are based on how many rooms you design not on SQF We offer discounts for additional rooms Pricing for our Interior Design and our Landscape Design packages are on our website under Get Started. Example: 1 Room = $695 2 Rooms = $895 Front or Back Yard Landscape Design = $695 Front AND Back Yard Landscape Design = $995 + Extra charges for those that would like a full HD video
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some new clients start with downloading our FREE Design Guide that is found on our website. Others begin with a 30 Minute free discovery call where we discuss your project, vision and answer any questions you may have. When clients are ready they visit our website, select how many rooms they wish to design, and checkout. Also, available to pay here on Thumbtack. General Process: 1) Pre-Design Onsite Meeting 2) Online Design Questionnaire 3) Internal Kickoff Meeting 4) Concept Design Presented 5) Revision 6) Development Design Presented 7) Revision 8) Final "SimplePlan" Design Presented 9) Sourcing of furniture / material 10) Renovation work ENJOY :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our designers are strategically hired based on their design experience and strengths in certain design styles. Our designers have degrees and at least 5 years experience in design. Some have a unique experience as construction project managers.
