Introduction: RSA was formed by a woman Elecrician who started the trade in 1981. We are a local Electrical installation and service company providing affordable services in portions of 4 counties. We offer many other services in other trades that we dont advertise. Famous for our "Honey- Do List". A Day rate of 6 hrs at a nice discount! We have been on Thumbtack for over 2 years with dozens of reviews which we posted as pictures since thumbtack accidentally deleted our original profile.(see photos We pride ourselves on never padding our invoice with big markups on materials or extra hidden fees. Holly is Wonder woman 💪🏼 ! She showed up , identified the problem immediately and had things squared away in no time! Aside from jumping in and taking care of business she took the time to explain things as she went along and taught me a few things which was great and appreciated. My two electrical outlets were misbehaving and the culprit was the circuit breaker , after Holly was through with it the problem was resolved ! I am very appreciative for her thoroughness and down to earth personality, Holly is good people ! 👌🏼 She will be our electrician from here on out 🙂

Holly was great! She was very knowledgeably and friendly. She was able to not only check my outlet for me but to create a new line for my garage door which hasn’t worked since I moved in. Would highly recommend very honest and does not up charge for materials! Will definitely be using her for more projects

It's hard for women to navigate a male run service request since women often get took advantage of. So being a woman myself I do get it. I try to be fair, and transparent and straightforward. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $85 hr plus a trip, which is a service call, usually $150 total includes 1st hr. at 6hr day that's a "honey do" list rate and we waive the trip within 30 miles only. That is $510. I can hang all the fans in a house usually in 6 hrs. Up to 5. There are some jobs we do BIDS ON like digging trenches for power supply to tubs, sheds. Rvs of doing generators or EV Car chargers. (Your local handyman wont tackle the things we do). That being said when we pay for these leads on Thumbtack, we generally don't run around doing bids all day, it's easier to price on this platform by hr./flat rate. We would be giving alot of "free estimates" that are costing us otherwise. Some jobs are piece of flat rate. we can price those by phone, usually installation not repairs.

We just did a neter/panel for an older man in a mobile home that was quoted more than double by Mr. S****y Electric. He was without power more than a month, at less than half the price incl materials he could do at $4300 he couldn't. That pretty much says it all!
