- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PREMIUM package at the basic price! All inclusive no up charges. Premium lighting and sound included in base price. I keep my prices reasonable, not everyone can afford a premium DJ package, but you can with Big Smoothy! I offer multi event discounts along with veterans, law enforcement, first responders, non profit discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very detail oriented, it's your big day , it has to be perfect! 1. I make my self available for any questions or concerns. 2. If your not using a wedding planner, I have a program that works really well that I can recommend for your review. 3. Have a sit down and go over the details, so we both understand exactly what you expect. 4. A detailed playlist and a minute by minute program of the event! 5. Put it all in the agreement. 6. Accept a small deposit to hold the dates, and get to work on your special day! After all, An ounce of planning is worth a pound of cure.
