- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all starts with what you need. I have many repeat clients because I offer the best possible quality, am affordable and deliver fast. But it all starts with a conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need assessment. What do you need and why do you need it. By knowing what the images are going to be used for, I can implement that knowledge and photograph according to your desired outcome. For instance, If you like some drone images of your house or business, It is always important to not only show the house/business, but also where the house/business is integrated In the community or proximity to the beach etc. For still images and videos, its the same thing. What is the audience you're trying to reach and objective. My last 10 Million Dollar listing that I photographed sold within only 4 days. That is visual desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Creativity and education is key to any type of success. You have to know the basics by heart and always add to it. I am a professional photographer. I had my first camera when I was four years old and have been taking images ever since. But I came to shoot full time after a fulfilling career in sales so that my images have sales in mind and marketing is a huge factor. After all, that's likely why you need a professional photographer.
