- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I differ in my shoots in that I shoot at full resolution, post process a number of photos (number varies based on a lot of factors), and pass on as many printable photos as I can to the customer at full resolution with full rights to all of the photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I do a lot of referral and corporate work, but I do enjoy the private moments and sharing the joy with families, coworkers, and friends at all types of events. There's nothing like the connection made and being in the moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially studied photography in Milan at the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia where I learned everything about the camera, the different types of photography, the use of lights and studio awareness. I then continued my education at the International Center of Photography in New York where I began to embrace my creativity and open-mindedness.
