We had a great experience with this construction company during the remodel of our condo. They completely renovated two bathrooms and our kitchen, and the transformation was incredible.
In the kitchen, they opened up a wall to make the space feel much larger and more open. They installed new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and updated the lighting by removing the old soffit lighting and replacing it with flush-mount fixtures. The finished kitchen feels completely fresh, modern, and much more functional.
Our master bathroom was also completely transformed. They removed the tub, enlarged the walk-in shower, added a shower niche and shelving, installed a frameless glass shower enclosure, replaced the vanity, removed an existing closet and completed a new buildout, and installed new flooring.
The hall bathroom received new shower tile with a niche, a new vanity, mirrors, toilet, fixtures, and a sliding glass shower door. Everything came together beautifully.
The quality of the work throughout the condo was excellent. The tile, drywall, painting, lighting, fixtures, and finishing details were all done very well. They also did a great job protecting the condo and keeping the work areas clean throughout the project. Once everything was completed, they thoroughly cleaned the space so we could comfortably move back in and enjoy it.
They stayed on schedule, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and communicated well about what was happening and what to expect next. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it is hard to believe it is the same condo. They took an older space and completely transformed it into something fresh, open, and modern.
We are extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen, bathroom, or full condo remodel.

If you want the A team, youve found them right here! Chris Eddens crew, led by Brian Werthem did an absolutely fabulous job.They replaced all of the flooring throughout our single-story home. It was quite an undertaking, as you can imagine, but the entire project was orchestrated perfectly. We left the country for a few weeks, which allowed the team to work at their leisure, and what a transformation we came home to!Projects often take longer than expected, but the timeline and expectations were clearly communicated before we entered into the contract. Our finished project included four different tile variations, along with new baseboards. These guys worked tirelessly to get everything completed, and we were incredibly impressed and grateful for their efficiency, skill, and attention to detail.Brian, the project manager, was particularly wonderful. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, providing detailed updates about what was happening and when. After we returned home and decided to add additional work, he continued to keep us updated with the schedule and next steps.Its truly refreshing to work with such a kind, professional, and respectful group of people who make a point of communicating exactly who will be coming, what theyll be doing, and when.No need to look any furtherthis crew is all you need! Williams & Thomas Construction company is currently doing work on my community. They are redoing the exterior walls as well as other repairs and updates throughout the community. In one of my units, the people removing the exterior walls ended up breaking a hole straight into my living room from outside. Armani was in charge of the jobsite at the time and I spoke with him, he was immensely helpful. I tried talking to a few different people as well as the HOA and nobody really had an answer for me as far as when they'd fix it or what they planned to do to resolve the issue. Upon notifying Armani, he immediately gave me his personal contact info and told me he'd coordinate to get it fixed as soon as possible. Sure enough 9 AM the next day Armani was at my front door with a few of his cohorts to fix the issue. Excellent communication, excellent staff, and I am more than happy with the resolution. Great work Williams & Thomas; and excellent staffing choice in putting somebody like Armani in a leadership position.
