I called Luis on Friday, and he was able to visit with me on Saturday Morning at 9:30. He called to tell me he was on the way and appeared at my door at the time he said he would be here.
His work quality was superb. He was able to repair a desk that I needed to order new parts. He was able to hang three very heavy accessories up high in my apartment, and he was very precise. They look fabulous.
I put his number in my phone for future projects. I would call him back in a minute. He was professional, kind and reasonable.

I contacted Luis on a Saturday about a smoke detector on a ceiling roughly 12' high. I had no way to reach it, but he rearranged his schedule and came by later in the day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it, and everything was back to normal when he finished. His responsiveness and willingness to adjust his plans were outstanding.
