- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are very accurate, meaning there should be no big surprises. I try to address everything up front and am very open and honest about my pricing and what is involved in the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet with the customer and visually inspect the job to discuss and address their unique needs and concerns. This way we can come up with a plan together and walk through the steps necessary to execute their vision and deliver the best results. I am always present on my jobs and ensure they are executed to the highest standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NWFA installation and Bona sand and finish training.
