Marianne and her husband did a terrific job. She was very responsive, dependable and trustworthy. We video chatted during her visit so I had an opportunity to walk through the home with her and tackle some unique requests which they handled well. Really helpful and professional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $40 per visit for the actual home watch , Then $35 per car drive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with you and acertain your specific needs in order to set up a schedule for regular visits. We will also fully explain how we will perform our services. We also include a modern internet based dashboard personalized to your home watch schedule to deliver timely reports on the status of your home as well as billing for the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained,tried and tested .I recently completed continuing education in the home watch industery and received certification.
We have 15 years in the home watch industry.
We also participate in ongoing training in maintenance .We have been in the service business for thirty six years and know how to meet the specific needs of each client in a kind and respectful manner.
