- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates are $75/hr/per Investigator ($85/hr/per Inv for surveillance), $0.60 per mile traveled per vehicle, plus expenses. We have a two-hour minimum for any field work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When an individual reaches out to us for professional assistance, I have found it best for us to sit down and discuss their situation in depth; this will allow us to offer more relevant options, as well as ones that may be more cost-effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in the Administration of Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. I have also been certified as a LEO (Police) Academy Instructor, an Instructor in the use of DrugWipe (10 minute drug detection tool), and an Instructor for the State of Florida required Private Investigator Intern Course. I've been trained in the use of Breathalyzers, Gang Detection, and may other skills and tools used in the law enforcement & correctional fields. I am also a very active NRA Handgun Instructor and offer a very popular class for one's Concealed Weapons License.
