Called and 45 minutes later Bill came by. He fixed the irrigation system and at a very reasonable price. We even decided to hire him for future maintenance and gardening work. THank you for your excellent customer approach!

After waiting 4 days in a row for another company to show up, who I had used in the past, to do a simple repair -- I went on line - found THUMBTACK - and Bill Marks was the first and only to respond. He submitted an estimate which was very reasonable, came out first thing that morning. He had to go pick up parts for a sprinkler head I wanted an extended one put on and parts for the irrigation hose that had been severed. He returned promptly - did the repair and retd that afternoon when I requested a retractable head be put on the extended head. He was extremely professional and thorough. WHAT A PLEASURE. I've been in Naples 18 years and he is one of the best professionals I have dealt with --- I will definitely call him in the future if the need arises. I was so pleased with his professionalism and JOB WELL DONE that I paid him more than what he said the repair and new head cost. WELL WORTH IT. Very pleased with Mr. Marks.

Fixed broken connection which was leaking under pavers..then checked entire system for defects..

I chose Bill based on the posted review and his years of experience. My situation was unique as I was on vacation when my system malfunctioned. Bill kept me informed of cost and progress, and I am well pleased with both and intend to use him for all my future sprinkler needs.
