- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This was a big part of why we decided to start our own company. We noticed that many companies out there were taking advantage of homeowners and charging outrageous commission fees. We decided to be different hand have cut out profit margin significantly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with an in home appointment. It’s always best if we can get a picture of the clients utility bill before the appointment, that way we can come prepared with a design and proposal. Next we would see if the client gets approved in order to moved forward. Only about one third of clients get approved through the whole process to go Solar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of education and training. My partners and I working for many different companies before we started Solar King of America has been invaluable. It has allowed us to take the good and bad from each company and create a company that we can be proud of!
