FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s based on the specific needs of each project. Once we discuss your goals, the type of content you’re looking for, and how often you’ll need it, I’ll put together a clear and customized quote. I don’t throw out random numbers upfront because I want to make sure the pricing reflects exactly what you’re getting and what will actually move the needle for your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to start with a quick discovery call or meeting to understand your goals, audience, and the kind of content you’re looking for. From there, I’ll help map out ideas and a rough content plan. Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over a custom proposal with pricing and deliverables. After that, we schedule the shoot, I handle all filming and editing, and then deliver the final content based on the timeline we agree on. I’m big on communication and making sure the content actually supports your business objectives — not just looks good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Digital Media and Multimedia Design, which gave me a solid foundation in visual storytelling and content creation. But most of my real-world skills have come from hands-on experience and self-teaching. I’ve spent countless hours learning through actual client work, refining my editing, shooting, and storytelling techniques to stay sharp and up to date with what performs in today’s market.
