- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a hourly service and a square foot rate.Each customer needs and circumstances are different.We are reasonable in our pricing system .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we encounter a new customer we want a meeting of the minds, a clear understanding of the needs and challenges our customers face , and a plan on how we can maintain them,either on a weekly basis, bi-weekly even monthly plans.We want the family or individuals to feel comfortable and have confidence in having us for as long as they need us , we love all sorts of animals we also include them in our services .We even provide to keep your pets clean if needed.A Clean house & clean pets go hand and hand. Did I mention we have a senior discount? Well we do, We have many older friends we love doing little extra things for, it really gives us a boost! We look forward building a long term business.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently cleaned a 3 bedroom 2 bath two story townhouse it was a move out , including scrubbing endlessly on the appliances at $25.00 a hour it took my husband and I four hours I can tell you the client was very happy not to mention what a steal she came out paying only $100.00 !
