- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We originate most of our pricing from Xactimate. Its one of the most widely used tools in the industry and bases pricing on national averages dialed into the zip code. These can be hard to understand to the untrained eye so We'll also deliver it as an excel summary format upon request with a simplified explanation. Sketches and blueprints are also provided to simplify the process and the project is broken down room by room in order of critical path. (necessary order of construction)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we have 14 hours minimum per period and attend new product seminars that would also qualify c.e.u. hours. Subject matter is anything from A.D.A. compliance, workers comp law, to mold remediation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
