Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly, he did not try to upsell me at all. I told him the aggravating issue I was having with my A/C and he diagnosed the issue and explained why it was happening and what could be done to prevent the problem from arising in the future. The price was reasonable.That was it, he did not push anything onto me. Overall a good experience with this technician and this company.
