Introduction: Ive been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Ive had the opportunity as a personal trainer & entrepreneur to train professional athletes, co-own a boot camp with Michael Pittman (NFL Buccaneer & Super Bowl Champ), own/operate a smoothie shop inside of La Fitness St Petersburg, own/operate martial arts studio and much more! Ive trained thousands of clients over the years and received priceless training knowledge from professional athletes, coaches and more! I'm fully capable of educating & training clients from beginners to advanced! I own enough fitness equipment of various sorts that I could train 50 plus clients at once! (please see pics of just some of my equipment). I'm honest, punctual and I get the job done! Even tho I'm very educated with years of experience, I will cater to all personal budgets to the best of my ability. I love that fitness is "you against yourself". Therefore, with a little education and a motivator you can reach any realistic goal you place in front of yourself.
