- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offering custom remodeling services means that each job must be quoted on an individual basis depending upon the existing structure as well as the specifics of what each client desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing if the job will be a good fit for both us and the customer is always the first priority. I then discuss the specifics of the job to be completed and visually inspect the existing area while taking thorough measurements, notes, and photos. Usually a verbal rough estimate can be provided during the on-site estimate, which is followed up by a more precise written estimate within the following 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Florida Certified Building Contractor's license, I am a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business with an A+ Rating, I am a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association, and I have a great amount of experience in the field which has helped me to fine tune my expertise over the past 14+ years. I also hold an Associates Degree in Arts, Associates Degree in Science, and a Bachelors Degree in Public Safety and previously served as Firefighter for almost a decade.
