The person that came out to the house was nice and quick but the actually service I received was terrible I was told would be out either Monday or Tuesday no show I called on Tuesday told would be out on Wednesday no show or call. Then on Thursday I came home from work at 5:30 and then were finally there doing my roofing repairs. They replaced my back kitchen roof area but then was suppose to replace the front underneath wood infront of my garage which I was paying for which was not done they glued it back up. So when they called I explained they didn't do what I was paying for so then had to wait additional days for what I was paying for be done then was going to charge me additional money for a piece of additional wood needing replaced until I refuse to pay the difference it was only $52 but felt for the incovience I shouldn't have to pay it wasn't much but felt like I deserved something. It may have been oversight but just wasn't pleased being told one thing and not being kept well informed. I understand some roofs and roofing jobs that take longer than others but when you promise a Customer something I expect either a call or something so you know what is happening.
