I’m not very familiar with Water softeners nor filtration systems — and I had a persistent issue with an older system and was unable to diagnose or find a qualified person to fix it. Tim, with Advanced Water, reached out within a few minutes of me posting the job on Thumbtack and he helped diagnose the issue over the phone and offered to come out at No cost for a closer look. Upon inspection — We agreed the system was not worth servicing due to age and Tim offered to pull the old system out and put in a new system at an extremely reasonable price— and Within 2 days, got the new system in — overall experience was above expectations : honest and pleasant; will do business again. Highly recommend!

Tim was very communicative and professional. Arrived as promised and professionally installed the softener system. Only advice I could recommend is offering a water treatment test prior to the installation to inform the homeowner what their water quality is before installation and to validate that the correct resin is being utilized with the installed system.

Thanks for the advise Ron, I usually do a test before and after but after our conversations I know you where aware of how much calcium build up you where getting in your home so I did not test your water but should have.
