- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable. It is designed to provide a professional quality service at an affordable rate. I provide additional discounts to veterans and those over 65.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to take the time to meet with them to get an initial idea of their needs. I would schedule an appointment to meet with them and go further into the detail of what they are looking to accomplish. I would work with them to accomplish meet their goals and help to set up a plan in the best and most efficient way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Public with over 40 years of experience. I attended College and obtained my Legal Assistant and Paralegal Certification. For many years I worked under attorneys in which I obtained the knowledge as to how documents are to be properly prepared and executed.
