After a discussion on what our legal needs were, Anna gave direction on what to send her so she could complete the small claims documents. We reviewed the documents and followed her thorough instructions on how to file. Anna really knows her business! She saw that one of my forms was missing, and I found it, and she was able to notarize it. If she hadn't been knowledgeable and observant, when I really needed to use the documents, they would have been incomplete. So she saved me a great deal of grief down the line. She was very pleasant, and supplied two very pleasant witnesses, as well. I was going to go with a big company mobile notary, but they were going to charge me double Anna's price, and I wouldn't have gotten the very personal service which Anna provided for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable. It is designed to provide a professional quality service at an affordable rate. I provide additional discounts to veterans and those over 65.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to take the time to meet with them to get an initial idea of their needs. I would schedule an appointment to meet with them and go further into the detail of what they are looking to accomplish. I would work with them to accomplish meet their goals and help to set up a plan in the best and most efficient way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Public with over 40 years of experience. I attended College and obtained my Legal Assistant and Paralegal Certification. For many years I worked under attorneys in which I obtained the knowledge as to how documents are to be properly prepared and executed.
