FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive and honest; I'm not looking to take advantage but to earn a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customers with dignity, courtesy, and respect. We agree on a price and a schedule for the job. We notify the customer before our arrival and arrive on time. We perform the work neatly and professionally, mindful not to leave a mess behind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a three-year vocational school, where I graduated with honors. I continued to complete the 8,000-hour apprenticeship with a 576-hour class requirement to acquire my journeyman license in Rhode Island (after examination, of course). I then earned a journeyman license in Mass. and completed another 4,000 hours of training under a master electrician to acquire my Rhode Island Master electrician license (after examination).
