FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll be upfront with you: we're not the cheapest option in town, and that's by design. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship that lasts—the kind of work you'll be glad you invested in years down the road. Because every project is different, we don't have a standard rate. Your pricing depends on the finishes and materials you choose, so a project with custom, high-end touches will look different from one with simpler selections. That's the beauty of it—we build to your vision and budget. The best way to get an accurate sense of cost is to start a conversation. We'll walk you through your options, help you understand where your money goes, and make sure there are no surprises along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and personal. Here's how it usually goes: First, we sit down together for an initial meeting to get to know you and your project. We'll take a good look at the space, listen to your vision, and talk through what you're hoping to accomplish. From there, we put together a price based on your project and the finishes you have in mind. Once everything looks good to you, we get to work. As the project moves along, we bill weekly based on the progress we've made—so you always know where things stand and there are no surprises. We're big believers in keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC), so you can trust that our work meets the state's standards for quality and safety. On top of that, our background includes a bachelor's degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)—which means a trained eye for design, proportion, and detail goes into everything we build. That blend of artistic education and hands-on construction experience is a big part of what sets our work apart. When you choose us, you're getting builders who care just as much about how a space looks and feels as how it's built.
