Introduction: I have found that the services we offer are in high demand and there are not enough technically experienced if you will to do them. We are receptive, competent, on time and show up when we say we are going to be there. I welcome phone calls, and emails. I either will answer your call, return your message and respond to your email usually within an hour or so. Being able to provide a sense of "ease" if you will knowing that when I am done with a service call, my clients are confident and able to use their electronic device(s). Electronics are here supposed to make our life's better. Not to stress you out!

I have called upon Jay Lovely many times and always have been extremely pleased. He is reliable-shows up when he says he will be there and in a timely manor. He is such a whiz at electronics. I am always amazed at how he can figure all these wires out AND the wireless too! He charges a fair price for his work. I have referred him to my friends and they have all been very, very pleased. He has a way of being able to think the problem through from start to finish. You will not be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 75.00 service call rate. that pays to get us to the house and review the project. then we give you a rate and time frame its going to take us to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read magazines, spend a lot of time on the internet, and go to consumer electronic shows. The problem in our field is there is no way to "get trained" in it. our training comes from being in the field and working with the new gear always coming out.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
What we do is the exact definition of "custom". nothing is "cookie cutter" every house, every client, every expectation is different. That's why I do it. Its never the same thing twice, and you have to think and plan everything. To us, that's a lot of fun.
