- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 75.00 service call rate. that pays to get us to the house and review the project. then we give you a rate and time frame its going to take us to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read magazines, spend a lot of time on the internet, and go to consumer electronic shows. The problem in our field is there is no way to "get trained" in it. our training comes from being in the field and working with the new gear always coming out.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
What we do is the exact definition of "custom". nothing is "cookie cutter" every house, every client, every expectation is different. That's why I do it. Its never the same thing twice, and you have to think and plan everything. To us, that's a lot of fun.
