This cleaning service has been a wonderful company to work with. The cleaning staff is always friendly, attentive, and more than willing to help when needed. If there was ever a concern on the property I manage, the owner of the cleaning service Alinne would address the issue and all of the staff would help resolve any issues. The company is reliable and the price is extremely competitive. I am happy with them and would recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Actual Cleaning Company for a year. I’m so glad l found her. She was referred to me by a local realtor to help me with my properties. She not only cleans but also helps me with tenant concerns when needed because I live out of the area. I consider her extremely professional and an excellent communicatior. She responds promptly and is good at solving problems. She is more than just a cleaning compto me, she is my lifeline in Florida. I recommend her.

Actual Cleaning Solutions does a fantastic job!!! I have two houses, one in Florida and one in Chicago. I wish I could take them to Chicago to clean that house too! They are so complete. They clean every corner, every surface, every drawer, the house is spotless! I rent my home on VRBO as a high-end rental, so the home should look perfect and perfect once cleaned by the Alinne team!! I can't say enough good things about them. Alinne is also very responsive and communicative with me regarding my rentals. I love it too!
