- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No home is exactly the same. Many factors are to be considered in pricing, such as: demolition, preparation, color types and finishes, extent of trim work to be applied, etc. we generally price projects by square footage or linear footage. Walls and sealing are generally price by Sq.Ft., while Trim is priced in linear feet. It's unusual to see a painter with a measuring tape, but when your buying paint and other supplies its necessary to take into account how much of what you'll need. Taking precise measurements helps everyone get a true estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- Say hello. Step 2- Introduce N.D.P. It all starts by getting a general idea about the project: approximate start date, extent of work and budget. Once N.D.P. has that figured out, it's time to schedule an appointment to visit the area to be painted or remodeled. Your N.D.P. project coordinator will go over different products available, past projects, take measurements and get details of the desired project. It usually takes about 2-24 hrs. to provide a project plan that meets your needs, that's our promise.
