- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on single sessions or packaged deals. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions. **Please remember: gyms charge upwards of $45+ for 30 minutes of training, and hire anyone with a certificate, and expect you to pay a membership fee. I train out of a private studio with no membership fees. I also offer group personal training , at a lower rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before our initial training session, you will be scheduled for a “No Sweat” Intro session. During this session, we will conduct a phone consultation to discuss the clients goals, conduct a brief fitness assessment and discuss the client's overall lifestyle (i.e. eating & sleep habits, activity level, etc.). From there, we will design a specific program to fit your needs. I expect that my clients give 100% dedication to this program; as they will only get what they put in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Crossfit Level 1 trainer, coach at ENG Crossfit. I teach group fitness sessions, which include variations of Butts & Guts, bootcamp, HITT, AquaFit, Fit 4 Sport, and Interval.
