JC did an amazing job in my bathroom. I was just trying to do the bathroom, which is a very small just to see the quality of the work. I was impressed on how fast the work was done, the quality and the professionalism. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

The tile installation was done well, not perfect but nearly. The reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because, there were a couple of issues which he needed to come back and fix. Among them 1) no grout behind the toilet leaving a 1/2” space between the tile and wall 2) the silicone caulk that he was to added along the corners was not done in several places, allowing for water intrusion and finally 3) one tile was cut a bit short. I made him aware of these shortcomings the day after he finished the job. FOUR appointments were set up with him in order to repair these more or less minor issues and FOUR times I was stood up. I have been more than patient and gave him every opportunity to finish the job in the “excellent” manner he promised. Yet being left waiting on four different occasions is too much and that is why he received the review he did. I trusted he would come back as promised……but I was wrong!
