- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are designed to be clear, fair and totally transparent. Each project is quoted according to the type of material, the necessary preparation and the square feet to be installed. I always explain each cost before starting to avoid surprises. I offer competitive prices, discounts on large projects and special rates when the client already has all the material ready. I do not charge hidden rates; any additional charges, such as removal of old floor or leveling of the subfloor, is discussed in advance so that the client has total clarity from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I follow a clear and organized process to ensure that everything goes perfectly from start to finish. First I make an initial communication where I listen to the client’s needs, the type of apartment he wants and the scope of the project. Then I schedule a visit to the site to take precise measures, evaluate the subfloor and answer any questions. Then I prepare a detailed and transparent budget, explaining materials, times and costs. Once approved, we coordinate the installation date and I take care of the whole process, from preparation to final finishes, always maintaining open communication so that the customer feels safe and satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career I have received specialized training in the installation of different types of floors, including marble, slap, porcelain and tile. I started learning from professionals with many years of experience, working directly on real projects where I perfected leveling techniques, subfloor preparation and high precision finishes. In addition, I have taken practical courses on advanced tools, modern installation systems and quality standards, which allows me to deliver lasting results and detailed work on each project.
