    When you're looking for a Real Estate Agent, be sure to measure your agent's availability, knowledge, and passion for your goals and concerns. Do not feel you owe your provider anything. If their performance have not exceeded, or are not exceeding your expectation let them know. If they do not get better, find someone else.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I believe that knowledge, efficiency, diligence, communication, honesty and availability are key metrics in evaluating an individual performance, in life generally, but particularly in the Real Estate industry. Houses, Land, Contracts, etc. are all the same and interchangeable, however nothing can replace the right person.
